Join us for Candlelit Reiki + Introspective Breathwork, a nurturing evening experience designed to help you slow down, release what you have been carrying, and reconnect with yourself.

The session will begin with introspective breathwork to help you settle into your body and create space for reflection. You will be guided through a gentle breathing practice that supports relaxation, awareness, and a deeper connection with what you need in the moment.

Reiki will be offered throughout the experience, creating a quiet and supportive space to rest and receive. Surrounded by soft candlelight, you will be invited to let go of outside demands and give yourself permission to simply be.
