The Unfolding $700 pay-as-you-go · $625 paid in full
You know something feels off, even if you can't quite name it. This is a 10-layer container with 6 integration sessions, built to show you the patterns you keep repeating and the masks that once kept you safe, the caretaker, the fixer, the one who's always fine. Insight alone won't move it, so each integration session uses breathwork, sound healing, and Reiki to work with what your body is still holding, not just what your mind can explain. You don't come out fixed. You come out more honest, back to a version of yourself you'd quietly been missing.
Layers 1 & 2 are also available as a $100 standalone intro session, credited toward the full package if you enroll. Paid-in-full includes a complimentary seat in a group sound healing, used within 6 months of purchase, up to $35 value.
Personalized Healing Session Individual Session — $85 · 5-Session Package — $400
A personalized session designed to support your nervous system, release tension, and reconnect you with yourself.
Using sound healing, Reiki, and breathwork, each session is intuitive and guided by what you need in the moment. No two sessions are exactly alike because no two days are the same.
Although each session is designed for approximately 60 minutes, we reserve 75 minutes so we can follow what you need in the moment, whether that’s additional healing, coaching, or time to integrate before you leave.
The 5-Session Package is designed for those seeking ongoing support and lasting change. It includes five personalized healing sessions to be used within 12 months of purchase, plus one complimentary community sound healing valued at up to $35, available only with the package and not with individual sessions.
Express Reiki $55
A focused Reiki session designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect. Perfect for a stressful week, ongoing maintenance, or your very first time letting yourself receive. You’ll leave steadier, less reactive, and better able to meet whatever the day still holds.
Chakra Reset $70
A focused healing session for when you already know where the imbalance lives. You’ll leave with a personalized guide to continue clearing and supporting that area on your own time between sessions, finding relief in the one place that’s been asking for attention, without needing to process everything else at once.
Self Healing Attunement $250 standalone · $125 for those already held within The Unfolding
A specific Reiki attunement that opens your own ability to channel healing energy for yourself, going forward, not just for this one session. This is different from full Reiki training, which prepares someone to treat others; this attunement is calibrated for your own self-healing, and only a trained Reiki Master can give it. No prior Reiki experience needed, and it’s equally effective in person or fully remote.

Held for You, Personally Recorded $75
For when your body needs support before your calendar allows for a live session. Tell me what you’re navigating right now, and I’ll create and record a session made only for that, weaving together somatic grounding, guided meditation, and conscious connected breathing. It’s not a stand-in, it’s a full session, held with the same care, just yours to return to whenever you need it.
