This experience combines the soothing vibrations of sound healing instruments with the gentle practice of Reiki in a peaceful, candlelit setting. Together, these modalities create space for the body to rest, the mind to quiet, and your energy to settle.

The session will begin with guided reflection and intention-setting to help you arrive fully and connect with what you need in the moment. From there, you will be immersed in sound while Reiki is offered throughout the space, allowing you to relax, receive, and simply be.
