The sacral chakra is the center of emotion, creativity, and movement. When it’s out of balance, it can show up as feeling stuck, disconnected, or caught in overthinking. Through guided meditation and sound, this session supports the release of stored emotional energy while helping you reconnect with your body and restore a sense of flow.

This session is part of a monthly chakra sound healing series focused on bringing the body and energy back into alignment over time. You’re welcome to attend a single session or move through the series, each experience stands on its own while also supporting deeper integration.
