Join us for a Restorative Sound Bath & Acupuncture (Ear), a deeply calming experience combining sound and gentle ear acupuncture.

Sound is led by Laura Simon, with Buddha’s Triangle ear acupuncture offered by Pamela Gangler, L.Ac., of Gentle Strength Holistics. This is an ear-only experience using three calming points to support the nervous system. No body needles, and always optional.
